Arts Cubed is a growing arts consulting firm that was founded somewhat by serendipity by experienced arts and non-profit manager, Linda Rogers during a year spent in Canada’s north. Building on non-profit and arts contacts she had made made during more than 25 years of work in Canadian and US not-for-profits she reached out to offer grantwriting, communications and project planning/coordination work that could be accomplished online. Very soon, she was busier than she’d ever been in Toronto! In addition to grant-writing and social media coordinations, she helped musicians and educators pioneer arts projects in the cutting edge virtual reality environments.
When the year in the North was over, Arts Cubed was fully launched as a multi-faceted consulting firm specializing in the needs of small arts organizations, arts education projects, individual artists/musicians and ensembles. Linda has reached out to an informal work-group of arts professionals who all work under the flag-ship of ArtsCubed.
MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY
Enriching the world through connecting the arts, communications, and technology
We start with respect and insight for the skills you bring to all of what you do in the arts. Your vision powers the messages that will connect you to your audiences and your funders.
A proud member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, all ArtsCubed fund-development work is informed by the latest in fundraising expertise and ethical practice.
Linda Rogers has managed several events for Minerva Island, the virtual research and study space for the Department of Women's Studies at The Ohio State University. The events were online musical celebrations that were open to the public, but Linda did much more than arrange for live musicians and set up the program. Linda is well known in Second Life for her expertise in musical events; she has excellent publicity skills, and she handles crowd management and security with confidence and tact. She is amazingly well organized, and very easy to work with.
Linda got us great results, was very personable, great value and a creative worker.
I worked with Linda when I was a Board Member of Opera Ontario for which she served as Interim General Director. Linda is smart, creative, and tenacious. She knows how to manage success through others, and she knows how to manage difficulties and conflicts
